Can't Change Theme Colour?

  I can’t seem to find anywhere to change the theme colour. The bar below my main menu in the header is sticking out like a sore thumb on my home page!

  I don’t see a menu on your site, have you already made some changes there? What is the address of the site you’re working on? A screenshot of what you’re trying to change would be great. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here:
