Can't change theme options, options.php makes the problem

  Hello.

  I’ve downloaded a theme and applied it, but whenever I go to Appearance – Theme options and click on “save settings”, I get an “ERR_CONNECTION_RESET” error, while in address bar I see “myblog.site/wp-admin/options.php”.

  After that I realized that options.php is present on server, but I can’t figure out where is the problem.

  What should I do?
