Can’t change themes

  Hi,

  I just upgraded so I can change CSS to my blog. I had one theme, and now I want to change it but it’s not letting me. Can anyone help? I basically want a black background with my own header image (770×140), white font (times new roman) and light pink pinks (#f49ac1). Every time I “change the theme”, I save it and check it and it’s still my own theme. It’s so ugly. HELP!
