Can't change themes

  Hello, I have 2 wordpress.com and wanted to change my themes. When I click preview I’m getting a dimmed screen but no preview. I’m not trying to upload a custom theme, just something wordpress already offers in the theme page. Thanks.

  Please make sure you are running the latest browser version. Also please try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies.
