Can't change time zone

I’ve gone to Settings/General, and there is no place to change my default time zone (which is currently Eastern US time). This is keeping me from Publishing Immediately. Help!

If you don’t see that option for you under Dashboard>Settings>General Settings>Timezone, it may be possible that you are not logged in with the username account that has Admin privileges.
If that didn’t solve it, please post back here.
I am also tagging this for staff attention as the current instructions in the Support document are total trash. https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/general-settings/ There is no “General Settings” at the link indicated.

This also highlights another problem with the placement and display of page numbers generally, which has been brought up before.

I’m logged on with my only WordPress login that I’ve ever used. There still is NO PLACE in my General Settings to change my time zone.

Correction: I found it, but it was very buried under layers of pages. Giving the exact path would be more helpful.

Sorry you had trouble finding it, but this is the path where the setting is located: WP Admin Dashboard>Settings>General Settings>Timezone.
If the path that you used to reach the Timezone setting was different than what I mentioned and different to what is shown in the Support doc that I linked to above, please let us know.
