can’t change title tag – could this be affecting RSS feed?

The title of my blog got changed, and doesn’t match. I am not sure how to change it back?
Would this be likely to affect my RSS feed.
A number of people have said they are having trouble subscribing to my RSS feed.
Any help appreciated.
