Can´t Checkout – ‘Please enter a number that is to be billed’

In woocommerce Can´t Checkout – Always appear message ‘Please enter a number that is to be billed’ this appear in the last stage in check out when pressing ‘place order’ button.
All billing and delivery addressed are filled properly, so not sure from where this error is generated! any help please? -
