Can’t choose a plan (and therefore can’t start a new site)

Really frustrating. Wanted to start a new site, chose a domain name and got to ‘Step 3 of 3’. However, none of the links on this page seem to work except the one which takes me back a step…

Essentially this means that I can’t choose any of the plans (free or paid) and therefore I can’t start a new site. No idea what the problem is.

  • Hi! I took the liberty of checking “as you” and I couldn’t replicate your experience of being unable to click any of the links at stage 3; but I was able to create a fresh free site which is associated with your account. At the moment it has a very generic address, but you can of course change the basic address (in addition to adding a domain name to it):

What sort of site were you planning to set up, and which plan were you looking at? If you’d like to share a little more about your aims in general we’re happy to point you in the right direction for getting the plan which would work for you. Of course, you could always start with a Personal plan and upgrade later to a different plan which better fits your needs:
