Why can't I choose a UK county in the drop-down menu?

  State/province is a required field and yet contains no entries to match a selection of uk in the previous field. I’ll try and go with alabama for the sake of completion, if you could change it to London later

  Can you let me know what drop-down menu you’re referring to, i.e. does it appear on the sign up page or when purchasing an upgrade?
