cant choose a url for my site

  when I go to https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/ I can not pick anything for an adress no matter what I pick it never tells me if its available or not.

  What browser and version are you using?

  If it’s taken, the signup process fails. It doesn’t tell you it failed because the URL is taken. If you want to know if it’s available, just type the desired URL in your browser bar and see if there’s a blog there, or if there was one and it’s been deleted. In both those cases, you can’t have it. Pick a new URL.

  I am using the latest version of Firefox I started a new account and don’t have this problem but I would like to use just one account please help.
