Can’t clear up my menu

  I’ve noticed that every time I make a new page, it automatically gets added to my sites top menu. Obviously, this makes it look incredibly cluttered, but I’m not sure how to clear them up, since my menu options only have the two pages I want assigned there selected.

  Does anybody know what’s the cause of this or how to get rid of them?

  Hi nsfani! I do know the cause: you probably have the “automatically add new top level pages to the menu” checked.

  Go to My Site > Customize, and click on Menus. Click on Locations and pick your main / header menu. Next look for that option and uncheck it.

  And then you can remove whatever page links you don’t want there. Publish your changes and you’ll be all set.
