Can't close account

  I am trying to close my account, and when I follow the instructions… none of the pages relating to purchases or account closure will load. Everything else on the page loads ok. What’s up? What do I do? I don’t want to pay for another year.

  Your account and the Manage Purchases page are loading without any issues from my side. If you haven’t done so already, please try clearing your browser cache with these steps:

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  Then try working through the account closure steps again:

  Close Your Account

  Come back to me if you have any trouble.

  Ok, I think it worked. So will the account automatically close after the subscription expires if I canceled the plan purchased? Or do I need to come back on Dec 7th and do another step?

  If you’re leaving it active til it expires, you’ll just need to cancel at that point, then remove everything.

  Just to verify though, do you intend to use the domain anywhere else? If so, you’ll want to transfer instead of cancelling or allowing it to expire:
