Can’t close account

  Hi, due to illness I can no longer continue with my wordpress website. I have tried a few times to permanently close my account but it always says I need to wait 15-20 minutes.
  Can you therefore please close my account (and cancel any existing subscriptions) as your system does not allow me to do so.

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account, I need to downgrade your site which was on the Pro plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
