Can’t close my account

  I want to close my account. But i’m unable to do it. Even the password characters aren’t allowing properly

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’re logged in to the WordPress.com account metronlife and should be able to close that account following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
  If you actually want to close metroandlife.com you’d need to contact BlueHost about that.
