Can't comment on a site any more

  I have been commenting on this site for years

  Now suddenly it tells me my email address is wrong for my name. I’ve updated my password twice, Gravatar seems OK, but I can’t post. I never had to log into WordPress to comment before – why do I have to now?

  Can you please try clearing out your cache? Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

  I’m using Firefox. Cleared my cache and although I kept getting the same message yesterday, today it’s all working again.

  I wonder if it was an error in the post I was trying to comment on.

  Could you try retrieving the username that’s associated with the email address you’re trying to comment with? You can enter the email address here:

  http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  That way you can be sure you’re signing into the correct WordPress.com account before you comment.
