Can’t comment on blogs

  I am new here, and I jsut created a blog. In order to boost traffic to my site I am visiting other peoples blogs and socializing with them. However, everytime I post a comment it never appears on their blogs. I even went to a test blog and my comment still didn’t show up.. I am a n00b at this blog stuff, any help or solutions? Thanks in advance.

  You might be a n00b but you’ve linked to your blog to your user name, so many thanks for that.

  It might be your comments are going to moderation or it might be that you are mistakenly going to spam. If the latter, you can contact the blog owners (assuming there’s a contact form or other contact information) and ask them to de-spam you so Akismet learns. You can also contact Akismet directly:

  Is the test blog your own? If so, did you de-spam yourself? Akismet learns quickly but not instantly.
