Can't comment on my own website.

  I am unable to post comments on my own website via my computer. Every time I try to do so, I get the message “Sorry, this comment cannot be posted.”

  I had this problem previously, but it stopped very briefly after I updated my computer software. I have the most recent version of Flash player and Java. I’ve cleared my cache and turned on cookies. I even checked comment regulations to make sure I’ve not been marked as spam or restricted in some way. I haven’t. Nothing works.

  I’ve had to reply to all comments via my smartphone, which is, to put it lightly, a HUGE pain. Any help?
