Can’t comment or like

    I can’t seem to like or comment on sites that I follow or that follow me. I also noticed that a few blogs I follow when I visit them it asks me to ‘Follow’ them again but when I look them up in the reader area it shows I’m following them? Do I need to upgrade my site or the WordPress I’m using?
