Can't confirm refund

  Hello. I tried to cancel an upgrade, but when I was about to confirm i got this message:
  An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support.

  Can you help me get my refund?

  Hi,

  Checking out your account, the refund was initiated. It’ll be sent to your credit card in the next couple of days and will be shown on your account based on when your bank applies it back to the card.
