can't connect anymore the page informing me; who visited my site, and from which country?

for more than a year didn’t post anything, but was informing me how many people for which day visited and from which country. Few days ago made another post and that contact for informing me about the visitors, contact is blocked / denied; please help?!

From My Sites > Stats you will find a menu on top of that page that reads “Insights – Days – Weeks – Months – Years” If you click on one of those tabs and scroll down you’ll see the map that you’re referring to.

Lizkarkoski, Thank you for responding regarding my problem. What exactly the problem is: when I click to take me to ”stats” -> it’s trying, but than it says: google cannot contact start – or was something like that. I tried 10-15 times and same result; probably WordPress can fix it, OR needs somebody literate in computers; at least if I knew if the problem is with WordPress, or I need something to update…? Please if you can advise me: when I click from homepage to take me to stats; it starts showing the stats page, and then gives up; ”what should I do? because it was always working, until I wrote the last post few days ago..

This sounds like a recent issue we’ve been working on where the stats page tends to crash. Can you let me know which browser and version you are using? That information is available by loading http://supportdetails.com/ into your browser.
Let me know if clearing your browser cache and cookies helps. Also, does the issue persist in a different browser?
