cant connect jetpack to WP.com

  when I click the button to connect jetpack to wp.com it tell me:
  Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host. Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to jetpack.wordpress.com:443

  My host says they need more specific information
  url showing below is the wrong site

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
