Cant connect my Divi builder into wordpress

  I cannot upload the divi builder that i just brought into my word press as it doesnt have an appearance bar? Any help is hugely appreciated

  It’s not possible to install plugins on sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

  Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted sites that use software from WordPress.org.
