Can´t connect to Facebook

  I have 3 blog sites, and until yesterday they all connected to my facebook page. Since then when I check why these aren’t posting the box is unclicked. After going into settings I get the following message <<The facebook account was unable to update>> So I have tried several times to disconnect then hopefully reconnect but I get <<The facebook account was unable to disconnect>> Is there a problem at your wordpress end or is it facebook? Thanks
