Can’t Connect to Facebook page

  When I try connecting my site to my Facebook page, I receive the message ‘Could not associate provided external user ID with provided Keyring token. No Publicize connection created.’
  I don’t understand why. Any help please?

  The site I need help with is http://www.theafricanmedia.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
