Can’t connect to my account

  Hi, I can’t connect to my account, or even try to reset my password. Anything I do leads me to a ‘Wrong Password’ and ‘Too many failed attempt, wait 1 minute’, even though it’s my first attempt… I seemed to be able to reconnect once, but my website was gone.
