Can’t connect to my site in my WordPress.com profile

  Received notice that our CC did not work for our last payment. I am trying to connect our Word Press site to a wordpress.com account so that I may update the payment information. It is not letting me. I tried several of our admin accounts to login to worldpress.com and they wouldn’t work, never received any emails to reset pw either, so I created a new admin and now I can’t seem to connect to our website, because I already created the account. Please help.
