Can't connect to site

Every so often, when I try to go to my blog, I get stopped by my browser (Firefox) and get a message saying:

    Your connection is not secure
The owner of disgruntledfanreport.wordpress.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

I have no idea what this is about, I don’t know what I can do to change it, what settings might be changed to resolve this. If I leave off trying to connect and come back later, it usually resolves itself, seemingly…but eventually it happens again, and I’m locked out. This is really pissing me off. What is going on here? Is there something I can do, or is this just a WordPress.com thing? Somebody explain this to me.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am having a similar issue, with a notification from Firefox although it will connect to my web site (https://inspiringpassionforjesus.wordpress.com).

Did you figure out the issue? I ask because I just visited your blog and it worked perfectly, secure padlock and all. Yay! :) Hope it is working properly for you now; maybe if not, see if there is an update for Firefox?

Nope, don’t have this figured out. It’s something that just comes and goes on my site. Most times my site is available, every so often it’s not. It’s not a Firefox thing, because if I switch browsers I get the same result. I suspect it’s something on WordPress’s end, which is probably why no one with them ever bothered to respond to me or address the issue. Very disappointing, very poor support.
