Can't connect to site???

  Received an email confirmation that I could access my account – please see below
  ‘Howdy! Your site has been updated automatically to WordPress 4.7.3’

  However, when I click on the link it takes to me to the below…
  ‘Our server sentries tell us you probably shouldn’t be here. Maybe you’re lost?’

  What should I do???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
