Can’t Connect to Word Press Support

    Hi there, I am an admin on a site, santegidiousa.org and am having trouble getting Facebook to generate thumbnails for any of our sites posts. I’ve tried changing the featured image, setting an image in the Yoast SEO social section, and debugging through facebook (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/) – all to no avail. FB generates an error message that says the following : Provided og:image URL could not be processed as an image because it has an invalid content type.

    Here is the post I’ve been testing on. As you can see I included the featured image and another image in a clunky way just for the moment.

    I’m trying to figure this out, and any help would be appreciated. I also can’t figure out how to connect the site directly to any WordPress help but figured I’d try this for now. Thanks!

    I do not see an image at the URL you provided, but I can suggest where to post next for more assistance.

    This forum supports sites hosted with WordPress.com where your site appears to be hosted with GigeNET. The WordPress.com staff has visibility and access to WordPress.com accounts that it does not have for other hosting platforms. For that reason, assistance here is very limited for sites running on other hosting services.

    For sites like yours, there are similar support forums at WordPress.org. Going for you will want seek help in the WordPress.org support forums:

    As an aside, I notice that the front page FB footer widget is not loading content. This would make me want to evaluate if there is a more general FB connection problem before going further.
