Can’t connect/update my domain to wordpress

    I’ve been using the domain ‘hartshaiti.org’ from Namecheap with wordpress for years now. I updated my domain name to Hartscommunity.org on Namecheap. I’m trying to update the informations on wordpress and it’s not letting me.
    My website been unoperational due to wordpress for months now!

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Changing your site URL name in your WordPress settings without first purchasing the new domain and changing the domain at your hosting provider will cause the 404 error you’re seeing now. I recommend reaching out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you undo this problem. They can also help you update your domain if you still want to change that as well.
