Can’t connect WC to WP.com

    We’re going in circles trying to connect our wp.com account with WooCommerce account. Just trying to download a plugin we just purchased and get the license. It’s driving us in circles.

    A little more detail:

    We purchased the WooCommerce Name Your Price plugin through the WooCommerce store, but we’re unable to access the download or license.

    We created a WordPress.com account as prompted, but we’re now stuck in a loop: WooCommerce.com seems to be linked to WordPress.com, but we can’t locate or access the WooCommerce account tied to the purchase. We’ve tried every possible login and even reset passwords—but no WooCommerce login seems to work, and the WordPress.com account just leads us back to the same screen asking for WooCommerce credentials.

    This is extremely frustrating and time-sensitive. We just need access to the plugin download and license. Ideally, we’d also like help resolving the account connection issue so we don’t run into this again.
