  when I go to my site-> appearance -> customize I get an error and the page won’t load

  Could you share what error message you got if any? And can you share the theme you are using? the more info you give us the easier it will be to help you 😉.

  Sometimes these types of errors are related to the browser, I would recommend clearing the cache first following these instructions:

  If the issue persists, try using an alternative browser to rule out problems with your main browser.
