Can’t contact admin

  My company owns the URL but we paid someone else to create and manage our WP site and now we can’t get in contact with them so we can’t get into the site to make changes. Soo not sure what to do now.

  Would I be able to overwrite the site? I ask because I don’t think anyone else had the credentials and I am pretty sure my page admin has passed away due to covid.
