Can't contact paid support to fix billing error because admin panel won't loa

Hoping to get a staff member on this –
I went into my account to cancel my autorenew for clubmagni.com yesterday, but after I submitted, nothing would load. For the past 24 hours, I’ve been unable to get into my account information at all because no tab in my admin panel will load. I was also unable to send a contact support form for this reason. I thoought maybe it was because I no longer had paid resources, but today I was charged for my autorenew anyway.
I still can’t see anything in my account or submit a contact form, so here I am. How can I get ahold of someone to cancel the renew, get a refund, and get back into my admin panel?

I can see how that would be difficult. What I’ll just do is add a “modlook” tag to this thread so that it gets the staff’s attention. Please be patient and wait for the staff to reply.

Thanks for writing to us. I’ve looked at the account and can see that the business plan and domain registration for clubmagni.com does not expire until 2020-07-10. It looks like you have that sorted out.
Are you still having trouble with seeing your dashboard properly? It might be an issue isolated to your set up. There’s a few things to try.
– Test in a different web browser
