Can't contact support!
-
Yikes, I waited until staff returned fromt their trip and now I can’t contact them using the new contact support page!
I’m still having trouble with my post titles not appearing on the home page. Anyone know how to get a hold of support personnel? Here’s a link to my post on the forum:

Hi Jill,
Try this link again please. After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.If the link does not work for you then please email support@wordpress.com

Also if you choose the post format “asides” and do not type in a title then be aware that could be your problem.

Thanks, timethief.
When I go to support and hit the search button, nothing happens. But I’ll try emailing them.
As to the post title I am definitely not selecting “aside” as a post option. I’m selecting “standard”. It’s happened several times now and if I goof with it about 20 times, switching between aside, gallery and standard and hitting update between each, it sometimes works. But gosh it’s getting old.

Thanks. I sent them an email. Also, I did the switching back and forth thing again and it worked… so strange!

Yes.
Please refer to the hundreds of other posts in the forum on the links issue. There are maybe ten on the front page of the forum right now, most with the solution in them.

yes I also experienced the same thing, had two days to contact the contact wordpress (support@wordpress.com) and this link (http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/) and look ….. no response. I seemed to look frustrated

For timethief – thanks for your help (now and in the past). I did get a hold of support and wouldn’t you know it, the very next post went off without a hitch! Figures, doesn’t it? Anywho, just thought I’d say thanks again. You’re always very helpful (they should pay you to do this if they don’t already!)
