Can't contact support or close account

    I haven’t been using this and got notice of a subscription renewal. When I try to close my account or contact support, it shows up blank and nothing will load.

    How do I cancel my subscription/account so I’m not charged?

    I have disabled auto-renewal for your subscriptions so you won’t be charged, and the plan will expire in October.

    You should be able to access your billing settings without any issues, though. Could you try if clearing your browser’s cache makes any difference?

    No, the billing settings says there was no history of payment or payment on file. Is this still the case? Thanks

    If you look at your plan’s settings here, you’ll see that auto renewal is off and the plan will cancel on October 10, 2021.

    If you want to cancel the plan before that, you can cancel it immediately from that same page. Note that this will also cancel your domain mapping, so your site would load under helloluciaso.wordpress.com after that.

    None of my plan settings, payments or settings info is viewable, it only shows errors and does not load.

    Can you confirm that I will not be charged for anything on WordPress after the Oct 10th? Thanks!

  • Auto-renew is disabled, so the plan will expire October 11.

    Regarding the errors, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
