Can’t contact support within specified time limit

The support form is disabled while the team is away at some event.
Here’s the thing. I paid to map my pre-existing domain to my wordpress blog a few hours ago, and now I realize that that was a mistake. Per your documentation it can be cancelled and refunded within two days — but I can’t log a support request within the time limit.
Now what?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I hate to say this, but ….
“Never mind”
After realizing the limits imposed on wordpress.com blogs — but only after I mapped my domain — I decided that I would be better off on a self hosted blog. Be that as it may be, I won’t get around to that for a bit, being totally honest with myself — so best leave it alone. If it’s only hosted on WP.com for a few months — well, it was only ~$10 I think I can afford to take the hit.

Staff will be back on the 19th, so you can transfer it then.
My advice, honestly, is to start blogging anyway. Build up readership and links to that domain name. Then, move the blog and the domain name away later, when you’re ready. The SEO advantages of Wp.com make it worth it to always midwife a blog here, unless you MUST have ads from the first day.

It’s not ads I’m worried about, I probably won’t have any — it’s the inability to set keywords, title and description per post.
I knew I wouldn’t be able to edit the theme files, or install plugins — which kills me — but I didn’t realize that there would be no way to set these meta fields. (I’ve read your opinion of the value of these fields, raincoaster. I disagree.)
