  Hi there,

  That’s definitely a contradicting message! Your browser is likely hung up on some wonky data. 

  The best first step is to clear your browser’s data. Can you clear your browser’s cache using the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  Then log back into your WordPress.com dashboard, and start the support chat from https://wordpress.com/help

  If it’s still a no-go after that, can you try a different browser? That’ll help me rule in/out the browser as the culprit here. I want to get it working in the right browser for you, but this will help me narrow down where the problem is occurring.
