I can’t access the payment screen for upgrading. What can I do so I can upgrade from free?

Are getting an error message when trying to do so? Have you also tried using a different browser or clearing cache and cookies on the same browser, or try using an Incognito window if you’re using Google Chrome or Private Window on Firefox.
