Hello,
I am not sure what you are referring to when you say “not on the actual blog tab or in any of the pages”
Are you saying that none of your blog posts are being published at the link you expect them to?
Please elaborate your concern in detail so that someone can help.
Thanks.

Hi,
All my blogs are showing up in the featured content
Are you referring to the site https://freedomessentialsblog.wordpress.com? There is one post in the featured content section of the static front page on that site, a default post.
and not on the actual blog tab
The “BLOG” item in the menu links to your Blog page, https://freedomessentialsblog.wordpress.com/blog/, which appears to be displaying all of the published posts in reverse-chronological order.
or in any of the pages I thought I have linked them to with a category and tag
A category page will display posts assigned to that specific category. Yours appear to be working properly, as are your tag archives pages. Here, for example, are some of your category pages:
Blog (3 posts) — https://freedomessentialsblog.wordpress.com/category/blog/
Emotional (1 post) — https://freedomessentialsblog.wordpress.com/category/emotional/
Health (1 post) — https://freedomessentialsblog.wordpress.com/category/health/ -
Your catogry and tag posts automatically aggregate in pages that use this syntax: “https://freedomessentialsblog.wordpress.com/category/emotional/”
This means that your links on your menu will need to link to the automatically created category and tag compilation “pages” instead of to actual “pages” that you have created.

No worries. You identified an issue that I’d missed. I hadn’t noticed that she has menu items linked to static pages that resemble some of the categories, as follows:
(static pages) Health and Fitness, Spiritual Growth, Emotional Healing
(categories) Health, Spiritual, EmotionalAs @houstonweaver indicates, static pages such as those linked to in your menu will not automatically display any posts, even if the titles of the menu items correspond exactly to existent categories. Each of your category menu items should link to a category page. You may edit the existent menu items, but it might be easier to delete them and create new menu items, each linked to an existent category page. How to do so is explained in Step 2- Add the category menu item of the Category Pages support page.

Another important thing that I overlooked previously is that if your header menu (with the Dara applied) is the default pages menu, then it must be replaced by a custom menu in order to include links to category pages at menu items. Therefore, if you haven’t already done so, you’ll have to create a custom menu, as described in the Custom Menus support page. You may then set that menu as your header menu at Customize > Menus > Menu Locations > Header.
