Can't copy & paste tags

I’ve tried the block editor, which looks great, but there is a pretty huge problem of not being able to copy and paste tags.
It used to be we could copy all tags (from say youtube or a txt document, separated by commas) and paste them as a group into the tag field and it would accept them all individually. No longer. it just disappear after click on publish or update. I have tried clearing browser cache, changing browser and even changing laptop on which i never open this website before.Why is this broken? I hate the idea that block editor will cost us a lot of time retyping tags, when the classic editor worked just fine.

Many thanks for reaching out.
You should still be able to paste tags, and create tags in the tag field on the right hand side.
What are you seeing exactly when pasting?

Thank you for your quick response,. Yes i know tags on right hand side in block editor. But when i paste tags that i copied from notepad, Ms word, np++ etc it show there but when i click on update or Publish button it disappear. However if i type same tags, then it stay there. this is the problem.

You’ll want to ensure in the block editor, your tags have been applied, as shown here:
If the issue persists, try using another browser and please keep in mind that we can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
