Can't creat site/blog.

  I decided to start a blog for myself and created one. I then wasn’t happy with how this blog was turning out and deleted it to start a new one of the same FREE plan as I am only just starting out. When I tried creating a new site, it would not give me the option for the FREE plan, only the premium plans that require payments. Please help me to start up a new site of the FREE plan.

  You can have multiple free sites under one user account.

  Get started at wordpress.com/start/

  Or login to your WordPress.com account, go to My Sites > Switch Site > Add New.

  Hi! Thank you for replying.
  I know this, however I want to use the same domain name as the blog I had deleted to start over. This is why I am having trouble.

  Thanks for clarifying that bit of information. Unfortunately, I am not able to restore that site address as site deletion is permanent.

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com)

  My best suggestion is to start over with a new site address.
