Can't create a new account
-
I successfully have my personal WordPress account with no issues.
My problem is that I’m trying to create a new account (with a different email) for work. I go to the sign up page an put in all of the correct information (email, user, password, etc), and click ‘Create Blog’. However, the page simply reloads, with all of the information that I have put in still filled out. The page isn’t resetting, but just takes me back to the top. All of my information that I put in checks out (they have the green check mark beside it), but it won’t let me create this new account.
Please help me out here? Thanks

That means you need to log out and clear your browser cache and cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ Then, without logging in, register the new account.

You cleared your cookies and this still happened?
What is the URL for the username account that you are trying to register? -

I checked out everything on the provided list, so I’m giving the information you said to give in step 6
(a) I am using a MacBook Pro
(b) I am using Chrome 35 (the most up to date version)
(c) I am trying to create a new account, and when I try to submit the information, I am taken back to the top of the sign-in page, with all the information I typed in still intact. I have posted for help on the wordpress forum, and followed all the steps provided to try and help me, but none of the suggestions have worked. -

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having with that signup form. Thanks for providing all of those details!
After you fill out the signup form, do you see green check marks next to each field on the form (next to email address, username, password, and blog address)?
