Can't Create A New Account For A Client

Hi there,
I’m a real estate blogger and have built several WP.com sites for agents. I have a new client that would like a WP account…however I’ve tried about 5 times today to create a new account with her own login info and it’s not accepting it…it’s now even going anywhere once I click “free account only” …
I’ve cleared my history, etc…that didn’t work.
Anyone have any ideas?…Is WP down for a bit?…

just to clarify…the blog address above I do not need help with…that is working just fine. What I need help with is finding out why I can’t create a new account for a client of mine.

You have not provided and specifics such as the username account, the exact URL of the blog you are trying to register, the specific browser and version of it that you are using, etc.

You can’t create account for people at WordPress.com. They need to do that for themselves at https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/
You can invite them via email at Users -> Invite New in the blog’s Dashboard, but they’ll still be prompted to create their own account.

Thank you for that info, however, my client can’t create her account either. I’ve tried creating a new WP account on three different computers & have followed WP instructions – nothing is working…I believe WP tech support needs to fix this error. I did some research and there’s a forum thread posted here last year relating to this same issue someone else had.
