Can't create a new blog?

  I am doing a project which requires a blog and I tried to create a new WordPress.com site but it just appeared ‘You don’t have any WordPress Sites yet’ each time.

  Looking through the forum, it looks like there are some others having the same issue right now (read this thread for similar issues: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cant-create-a-site?replies=11

  That thread has been tagged for a staff member to look into the problem, so I’d recommend subscribing to that thread by clicking “Notify me of followup posts” in that thread.

  Based on the other forum reports, I believe WordPress.com is experiencing a problem with new site creation at this time. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
