can’t create a post

Hi, recently I have a problem when I want to create a new blog post. Usually I’m on the page with all posts listed, where I click Add New Post button at the top right. It opens a blank page, trying to connect to the serve. At the bottom of the page writes
Read s.pinimg.com
then
Waiting for pixel.wp.com
but nothing more. Screen stays blank.
Finally, there is a message: ‘The connection has timed out’Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Hi,
What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

I use Firefox ver 82, the last one.
Tried after clearing Firefox cache, the same result.Yes, I tried with Pale Moon browser and again all the same.

And yes, I disabled all add-ons, but my screen still looks like this

I’m not familiar with the Pale Moon browser but I see it is mozilla-derived browser when I look it up online, and so may have the same issues as Firefox since they are similar under the surface.
With this in mind can you try with a different (non-mozilla) browser like Google Chrome and see if you have the same issue? Thanks for the additional info!
