Can't create/ add new blog in my accound

I have an account and two blogs. Now I want to create another blog on the same account. But – I can’t. I know how but the box I need to click on is light grey/ whiteish – and can’t be used. I know wonder – what is the problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

4. Cleared cache and so onTried using Safari but the “Create blog”-box is still unavailable. =( (Can’t be “clicked”. No error really. Just not available.)

And since I have been able to create two blogs on the same account it should work to create a third. Just saying. Last time I had no problem.

Hi there, I’m sorry to hear you’re having a problem with this. Most often a problem of an unclickable button is caused by a conflict between your browser (or a browser extension) and the code running on the page. It’s odd that you would have the same problem in both Chrome and Safari.
When an issue like yours affects multiple browsers, it’s more likely to be caused by a system issue, such as a security program you may have installed. That said, it’s still odd that only this one button would be affected.
I noticed your language interface is not English. It ought to not make a difference, but can you try briefly switching your language to English and then check to see if the button is still a problem? You can do that under your Settings here:

Can you let me know if the “Create Another Blog” button is then clickable for you?
