Can't create any blog on WordPress.com

  When I try to create a blog on WordPress.com I get following message.

  Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it.
  Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it

  I’ve contacted support from the link but not sure when I’ll get a reply if any at all.

  Does it mean that I’ve been banned from creating any blog on WordPress.com?

  This means that Staff have a long queue of support tickets and haven’t been able to respond to yours as yet.
