Can’t Create Blog

Add topic to favorites
New User. I go to a domain like: dailycrimescenephoto.wordpress.com it tells me “Get another WordPress.com blog in seconds” I fill in the form and get a page saying “Already Installed You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.”

I then go back to the original URL and I get a blank white screen….. Has happened several times this evening. Haven’t been able to start one blog.

Any ideas?

They are closed now, but tomorrow morning send in a feedback through the support button in the navigation of this forum or through send an email to support at this domain. Make sure you give them your username, the blog you are trying to access, the errors that you have seen (or quote this forum post) and the email address that you are using. It will be something that they will have to fix on the backend I am afraid!

“Thelionofjudah” is the only blogger who’s supplied an actual link, so I can say that the blog looks fine to me. Try logging in via the link: http://thelionofjudahfellowship.wordpress.com/wp-admin and report back if that works better.

It’s your people skills. Only polite people can create blogs.

1) do you already have a blog at WordPress.com (not .org, note the difference). If so, can you get to that blog’s Dashboard

2) have you got a WordPress.com ID but you didn’t tick the option to get a blog right away?

3) what is the actual error message you’re recieving?

The link brings me back to the main wordpress.com site, so I am assuming it is a private blog then?

Sorry to hear about it! Believe me, wordpress.com is a great service. Problem is this ‘glitch’ is on a weekend and support really starts again in the morning. If you send in an email with your username, blog you registered (or want) and your email address used to register, they should be able to sort it out for you quickly!

when register in wordpress.com, i didn’t tick the option to get a blog right away….
only get username…..

If you send in an email with your username, blog you registered (or want) and your email address used to register, they should be able to sort it out for you tomorrow.

Got same problem with http://vavai.wordpress.com. The link brings me back to the main WordPress.com site.

It seems a problem at WordPress.com, because I have no problem to create new blog at WordPress last night. See that the problem occurred at March 12, 2007.

I am registered and everything,, I have already created my theme background and midgets…
but i can not write a blog,, they only say something about “error on page” because of some details (e-mail address or somethings)
I can’t upload images!!
Help, I am in desperate need of getting this thing started

what, exactly, is the error message? Perhaps you need to activate your account (check for an email from wordpress in your spam folder, if you have one).
