Can't create customized new header from .jpg I just uploaded
-
I’ve been trying since last night to change the image in my header. I use the Twenty Ten theme, and in the past have had no problems with doing this. Yesterday I uploaded from my computer a .jpg image to my WordPress Media Library. It appears fine there, no problems with the file. When I tried to use it to create a new header however, I just got a black block of nothing. I tried both the Dashboard > Appearances>Header application and the new Customizer: neither worked. I deleted the picture from the Library, then uploaded it again, then tried to create the new header—again, black header, no image. The default header images work fine, as does an older picture I used as a header image during the holidays. The problem only seems to be with new photos/.jpg images I’ve uploaded in the last 24 hours.
I’m also wondering if anyone else has had problems with the new Customizer.
